Web Store Purchases:

We’re excited to offer a seamless payment experience for your web store purchases. We currently accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, for all web store orders.

PayPal: You can securely pay using your PayPal account, providing you with a fast and reliable payment option.

Custom Designed Builds:

For our valued customers seeking custom designed builds, we offer a range of convenient payment methods to suit your preferences:

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cash: Cash payments are accepted for in-person transactions at our physical store location.

Check: Personal or business checks can be made payable to BBQ Islands and Designs.

Zelle: We’re pleased to accept payments through Zelle for a swift and secure transaction process.

Payment Structure for Custom Builds:

For custom designed builds, we’ve structured the payment process as follows:

Initial Deposit (35%): Upon confirming your custom build order, a non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to initiate the project.

Frame and Board Completion (35%): Once the frame and board construction is completed, an additional payment of 35% is due.

Tile or Stucco Completion (15%): After the tile or stucco work has been finished, a payment of 15% is to be made.

Final Completion (15%): The remaining 15% of the total project cost is due upon the final completion of the project.

Project Completion and Delivery:

Please note the following regarding project completion and delivery:

Delivery or installation will not take place until the final payment has been received and cleared.

Once the final payment is made, we will proceed with scheduling the delivery or installation based on your convenience.

Late Payments and Non-Payment:

Late payments may lead to project delays. We kindly request that all payments are made by the scheduled due dates to avoid any interruptions.

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy varies based on the nature of the purchase and work completed. Custom build deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
