Custom-Built BBQ Islands

All sales of custom-built BBQ islands are final. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom-built BBQ islands. We take great care to ensure that each island meets your specifications and expectations before finalizing the purchase.


Appliances, Accessories, and Other Items

For appliances, accessories, and other non-custom items purchased from our website, we offer a 30-day return policy for defective or unwanted items. If you encounter a defective product or change your mind about an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.

Unwanted Items: If you decide that an item is unwanted within 30 days of purchase, you may return it provided that it is still in new condition and is returned in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at bridget@bybbqislands.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return (defective or unwanted).

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please write this number clearly on the outside of the package you’re returning.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure the package is properly insured and that you retain proof of shipment.


Refund Processing:

For approved returns, customers can expect to receive their refund within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or apply restocking fee of 25% if the returned item is not in new condition, has missing parts, or is not returned in its original packaging.
